Who we are. PopCultured™ ("PopCultured," "we," "us") is a brand of Education Leaders' Organization LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. These Terms govern your use of getpopcultured.online (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or buying from us you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we sell. We sell digital products (downloadable team culture programs, called "Kits") and a monthly digital membership (the "Founding Membership"). Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

License. When you buy a Kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and use it to run the program with the team you personally lead. You may print or share the materials with members of that team for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or use the Kit to deliver paid training to others, and you may not remove our name or notices from it. Membership content is licensed to you only for as long as your membership is active.

Founding Membership. The membership renews automatically each month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account (My Subscriptions) or by emailing hello@getpopcultured.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months. Your founding price is honored for as long as your membership remains continuously active.

Refunds. Kits carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: email hello@getpopcultured.online within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. Membership charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not downloaded that month's program; otherwise cancel to stop future charges. See our Delivery & Refunds policy for details.

Accounts. Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to purchase.

Intellectual property. The Site, the Kits, and all text, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to Education Leaders' Organization LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. PopCultured is a trademark of Education Leaders' Organization LLC. Our programs are original works. They may draw on themes that popular culture has made familiar, but PopCultured is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any television series, network, studio, sports organization, or their owners, and no such names, characters, logos, or imagery are used in our products.

No professional advice. Our programs are educational tools for team leaders. They are not legal, HR, medical, or psychological advice, and results depend on how you use them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
