Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026

This policy explains what PopCultured™ (a brand of Education Leaders' Organization LLC) collects when you use getpopcultured.online, and how we use it.

What we collect. When you buy or join, we collect your name, email address, billing details, and order history. Payments are processed by Wix Payments; we never see or store your full card number. If you create an account we store your login email. Like most sites, we also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring page) through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it. To deliver what you bought (download links, membership access), to send order and account emails, to answer support requests, to improve the Site, and, if you have not opted out, to send occasional emails about new programs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Advertising and analytics. We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Wix Analytics to measure how visitors find and use the Site and to show relevant ads to people who visited. These tools set cookies and may receive data such as pages viewed and purchases made. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or by declining cookies in our cookie banner.

Who we share it with. Service providers that run the Site and process orders (Wix, Wix Payments, Google Workspace for email), advertising and analytics providers named above, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights. You can access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing hello@getpopcultured.online, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and control cookies in your browser. If you are in the EU, UK, or California you may have additional rights under local law; email us and we will honor them.

Retention. We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it.

Children. The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We will post any changes here with a new date.
